Stability AI names Prem Akkaraju CEO and raises new funding
On 25 June 2024 Stability AI appointed Prem Akkaraju, former CEO of Weta Digital, as chief executive and named former Facebook president Sean Parker executive chairman, alongside new investment from Greycroft, Coatue and others; Bloomberg reported the round at $80 million.
