概况

微软 AI（Microsoft AI）是微软内部的一个组织。根据组建它的内部备忘录，其任务是推进 Copilot 以及微软其他消费者 AI 产品和研究。[1] 维基百科列出的总部位于华盛顿州雷德蒙德，并在纽约、伦敦、山景城、苏黎世等地设有办公室。[2]

由来

微软 AI 于 2024 年 3 月 19 日成立，成立消息来自萨蒂亚·纳德拉（Satya Nadella）的一份内部备忘录。[1] 穆斯塔法·苏莱曼（Mustafa Suleyman）出任执行副总裁兼首席执行官，向纳德拉汇报。苏莱曼是 DeepMind 和 Inflection 的联合创始人。Inflection 的另一位联合创始人卡伦·西蒙扬（Karén Simonyan）出任首席科学家，多名 Inflection 团队成员随之加入。[1]

成立时，米哈伊尔·帕拉欣（Mikhail Parakhin）负责的 Copilot、Bing 和 Edge 团队，以及米沙·比列科（Misha Bilenko）负责的 GenAI 团队，被划归苏莱曼领导。[1]

主要特点

自研模型。 2025 年 8 月 28 日，微软 AI 宣布推出首批自研模型：语音生成模型 MAI-Voice-1，以及采用混合专家（mixture-of-experts）架构的基础模型 MAI-1-preview。MAI-1-preview 的训练使用了约 15,000 块 NVIDIA H100 GPU。同一公告称，其下一代 GB200 集群已投入运行。[3]

2025 年 10 月 13 日，微软 AI 宣布推出 MAI-Image-1，这是其完全自研的首个图像生成模型，并跻身 LMArena 文生图模型前十。[4]

Copilot 重组。 2026 年 3 月 17 日的一次重组中，Copilot 产品体验被并入由执行副总裁杰克·安德鲁（Jacob Andreou）领导的统一组织。苏莱曼的职责则转向超级智能，以及未来五年内交付前沿模型。[6]

开发者发布。 2026 年 4 月 2 日，微软 AI 通过 Microsoft Foundry 和 MAI Playground 向开发者发布了 MAI-Transcribe-1、MAI-Voice-1 和 MAI-Image-2。[7]

2026 年 6 月的七款模型。 2026 年 6 月 2 日，微软 AI 推出七款新 MAI 模型：MAI-Thinking-1、MAI-Code-1-Flash、MAI-Image-2.5、MAI-Image-2.5-Flash、MAI-Transcribe-1.5、MAI-Voice-2 和 MAI-Voice-2-Flash。它把自己的方法描述为一台「爬坡机器」（hill-climbing machine），即随着算力、数据和评估的改进而持续提升。[8]
