AGIBOT Innovation Day 2026

AGIBOT's Innovation Day 2026 in Shanghai on 29 October 2026 introduced the Worken output metric, the AHA3 humanoid hardware architecture, the G2 Max industrial robot, Link-U OS 1.0, the GO-3 Preview and the WITA-Omni interaction model.

The event

AGIBOT held its Innovation Day 2026 in Shanghai on 29 October 2026[1]. The announcements covered several layers at once: a way of measuring robotic work, a new hardware architecture, robots and an operating system, and interaction models and end effectors.

Worken: a unit for robot output

The company introduced Worken, a metric it defines as the number of active robots multiplied by autonomous working hours and an output efficiency ratio[1]. The unit tries to capture not how many machines have been shipped but how much work they do with nobody at the controls: fleet size times unattended hours, scaled by how efficiently the machine actually performs. Whether such a figure can be computed consistently across sites is a separate question, but the choice of unit is itself a statement — the number to report becomes hours of autonomous operation rather than units sold.

AHA3

The hardware centrepiece was AHA3, the company's third-generation humanoid hardware architecture, which it describes as its first commercial three-intelligences-in-one hardware platform[1]. AHA3 adds Wi-Fi 6 and 5G connectivity and a joint liquid-cooling system for continuous operation, and its joints are rated IP67[1]. The connectivity choices point towards robots treated as networked devices rather than standalone demonstrators. The cooling and sealing specifications address the plainer but decisive question of whether a machine can keep running across long shifts in a factory or outdoors. IP67 means protection against dust and against temporary immersion in water, a rating that matters for anything expected to work outside a clean lab.

Robots, an operating system and a preview

Alongside the architecture, AGIBOT launched the G2 Max industrial robot and Link-U OS 1.0[1]. It also debuted GO-3 Preview, built on what the company calls the WRAM architecture[1]. A preview, by name, is shown ahead of availability rather than shipped.

Interaction and hands

The event showcased WITA-Omni, described as an omni-modal interaction model supporting full-duplex conversation and on-device deployment[1]. Full-duplex means the model can listen and speak at the same time instead of taking turns; on-device deployment means it runs on the robot's own hardware rather than relying on a remote server. AGIBOT says WITA-Omni ranks first on embodied interaction benchmarks including Daily-Omni[1]; that is a company claim rather than an independent result.

On the manipulation side, the company introduced four end effectors: OmniHand 3 Lite, OmniHand 3, OmniHand 3 Ultra and the OmniPicker 3 tactile gripper[1]. The spread from Lite to Ultra indicates a tiered line rather than a single hand, and a tactile gripper addresses the force sensing needed to hold an object without crushing or dropping it.

The report

The event also saw the release of the 2026 Embodied Intelligence Industry Innovation Report, compiled by the China Economic Information Service and CAICT's Shanghai industrial innovation centre[1]. CAICT is the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, a research institute under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

What the announcements add up to

Taken together, the day described a stack: a metric for output, hardware specified for continuous operation, an industrial robot and an operating system, a previewed platform, an interaction model that runs on the device, and hands. Presenting a measurement convention in the same session as the hardware is a way of proposing how the field should be judged, and writing ratings such as IP67, liquid cooling and 5G into an architecture description puts part of the competition on engineering measures of reliability and uptime.
